Idea Behind Company
Alex, leveraging 15 years of marketing expertise, noticed inefficiencies in existing social media tools while running a marketing agency. Identifying a gap in functionality, he envisioned a solution catering to agencies and small businesses. Extensive market research, interviews with over 60 professionals, and prototype iterations validated his idea. Alex's innovative vision led to a platform designed to meet real-world needs, setting the stage for the development of Postoplan.
Creating the Company
The development of Postoplan began with a nine-month process to build its first prototype, focusing on iterative development and user feedback. By initially offering delayed social media posting, the team refined features through constant market monitoring and client interactions. Early decisions, like eliminating low-usage features, allowed Postoplan to focus resources effectively. Despite challenges in resource allocation, the team expanded from 2 to over 10 software engineers, ensuring continuous improvements.
Launching the Business
Postoplan’s launch via Product Hunt attracted over 1,000 users, laying the foundation for growth. Seed funding from personal networks and subsequent investments fueled marketing and team expansion. Alex balanced investor relations, product development, and team management, eventually enabling paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google. This combination of strategic funding and direct user feedback was pivotal in scaling the business and optimizing its offerings.

With over $1M in annual revenue, Postoplan achieves consistent 25% monthly growth. Its $70,000 monthly earnings are supported by a scalable partner network, advertising investments, and high user retention. The company’s Freemium model allows unlimited accounts and user flexibility, enhancing appeal in competitive markets.
