Mindynamics

About the Company
Mindynamics is a training and skill development company that provides e-learning programs, corporate training, and trainer support services. Founded in Mumbai, India, by Saakshi Choithani in 2019, the company operates internationally, serving clients in India, Russia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the UK. Mindynamics aims to bridge the gap between educational needs and technological solutions, especially by offering training and skill development programs that help individuals and organizations adapt to the digital age.
The company is a flexible, remote-first business, allowing Saakshi and her team to work from home. Mindynamics operates with a customer-centric model, ensuring high-quality service and retaining clients through on-time project delivery and continuous value addition. Over time, Mindynamics has expanded its services to include helping organizations set up e-learning portals and assisting trainers with content creation and technology challenges.
In addition to the corporate training aspect, Mindynamics offers personal coaching services for solopreneurs, helping them establish and grow their businesses. Saakshi’s experience as a coach and mentor is central to the company’s philosophy, and she leverages her global connections to build relationships and expand the brand.
Idea Behind Company
Saakshi’s idea for Mindynamics emerged from her background in the education sector and her personal experience as a mother. She recognized a growing need for online education, especially when the pandemic disrupted traditional teaching methods. The first product, a free online program for teachers, was launched during the COVID-19 lockdown, providing much-needed support to educators facing technological challenges.
Her initial success came from offering value through free webinars and e-learning resources for teachers. This free initiative was designed to help educators transition to online teaching and develop their digital skills. As demand for such services grew, Saakshi transformed the free content into a paid, structured 15-session program, which attracted hundreds of participants from multiple countries.
Mindynamics' core mission is to provide high-quality training programs that cater to the evolving needs of modern professionals. The company’s approach emphasizes continuous experimentation, adaptation to market needs, and providing value to clients to ensure long-term success and customer retention.
Creating the Company
Starting Mindynamics was a challenging journey, especially considering Saakshi began with limited financial resources—just $1,000 from her previous job savings. Despite initial hurdles, she focused on providing value through innovative programs and leveraging digital platforms to expand the reach of her business.
Initially, Saakshi offered training services offline but had to quickly pivot to online methods as the pandemic changed how businesses operated. She faced challenges transitioning to the digital world, from building a website to understanding social media marketing. Through experimentation, she refined her approach, learning what worked and what didn’t, particularly with paid ads and social media outreach.
Saakshi also learned the importance of collaboration in business, often partnering with others to expand her brand’s reach. Her mentors played a crucial role, offering guidance and helping her stay authentic while navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship.
Launching the Business
The launch of Mindynamics was shaped by Saakshi’s experience during the pandemic, which offered both challenges and opportunities. The initial focus on online training, particularly for teachers, helped the business gain traction. However, launching a new venture in a competitive space required constant experimentation and adaptation.
She began by offering free content to build a customer base, which ultimately helped Mindynamics gain credibility. As demand grew, Saakshi transitioned to paid programs, including e-learning courses and live masterclasses. She invested time in refining the business model and was mindful of budget constraints, focusing on organic growth through social media and collaborations instead of relying on external funding.
Although managing finances was tough in the early days, Saakshi never sought investors or loans, choosing instead to fund the company through profits from its various offerings. Her primary focus remained on consistency, continuous learning, and providing value to customers, which she saw as essential for long-term success.
Earnings
Mindynamics began with modest earnings but has steadily grown since its inception. The company now generates approximately $1,500 in monthly revenue, primarily through its paid online courses, corporate training programs, and coaching services for solopreneurs. Saakshi has also expanded her revenue streams by offering content design and e-learning solutions to organizations.
Despite initial losses, particularly during the first wave of the pandemic when Saakshi had to refund contracts due to canceled training events, the company managed to recover and stabilize its finances. The ability to adapt quickly to market demands and focus on long-term customer relationships helped Mindynamics bounce back from setbacks and continue to grow.
Looking ahead, Saakshi is focused on scaling the business by expanding the online learning modules, particularly in the corporate sector, and assisting more trainers and educators. With a clear focus on value-driven services and collaboration, Saakshi is optimistic about the company’s continued growth and success.
